Vegetable Forward Meals
Having more Vegetable Forward Meals is an important part of having a balanced diet and lifestyle. We enjoy eating meat and fish in moderation but also have many veggie and legume-forward meals. I don't think I have thought about having a beef burger since we started making these black bean burgers. Italian lentil stuffed peppers and cheeseless navy bean pizza have placed Italian sausage and take-out pizza. And you will not believe how delicious these red lentil koftas are!!
