This is a super easy Mustard Shallot Dressing to make and I normally have the ingredients around the house. Shallots are mild but flavorful, making this a really versatile dressing.

Instructions
First chop the shallot.
2-3 Shallots minced
Use an immersion blender to combine all of the ingredients.
2 tablespoon lemon juice,
½ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar,
4 tablespoon Dijon mustard,
2 tablespoon honey,
1 teaspoon salt,
6 tablespoon olive oil
Store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to six months.
