Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl until smooth and well combined.

¼ teaspoon black pepper,
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil,
1 tablespoon honey,
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard,
¼ cup fresh dill,
2 tablespoons fresh mint,
1 tablespoon fresh oregano
Adjust the consistency with a splash of water if needed.
Transfer to a mason jar or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
